Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original packaging, and only if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery — no returns will be accepted after this window. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost; contact support with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
