Because these are research materials, all sales are final once shipped. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and our quality-control standards, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on shipped orders.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we’ll make it right — a free replacement or reshipment at no cost to you. Orders not received due to an error on our part will be reshipped in full.
